Casa Capriccio Alto was designed with careful consideration for the planet. All energy is derived from solar power, rain water is collected throughout the year in great water cisterns and used for the kitchen, bathroom and pool water. Moreover, we have installed a charging station for electric vehicles.

For those who prefer excursions to lounging on the roof, there are numerous beaches very nearby, including Sperlonga and Gaeta. A variety of sporting activities can be enjoyed there from swimming, hiking and water-sports, to just relaxing in the sun. You may also wish to step out for dinner to the plethora of restaurants in the area, from the much-loved family restaurant Bellavista in Itri, to Come Il Mare in Gaeta or Zi’Anna in Formia.

The house has all amenities you may need for a perfectly relaxing holiday. There is wifi, TV, all kitchen amenities and towels for your use at the pool.

At Casa Capriccio Alto art is as much part of the house as the furniture itself. Guests may enjoy a variety of works, including a wall sculpture by Tuulikki Jaeger and an oil painting by Richard Vogl.
